If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may authorize
you to return an item within 15 days of receipt, but you must first contact us for
instructions and authorization for the return. After 15 days, but no more than 30
days, you will only be eligible for store credit. We cannot always guarantee a
refund on authorized returns. For returns that are unopened and undamaged,
you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and will be refunded the
item purchase amount, less shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS: Student Packages, Ozone Machines, DVD Sets, Other
Brands (not Iv San Bernard), or any Student/Educational Products.
***If an item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately and we will
instruct you on how to proceed. In such cases, it is required to keep and
photograph any damaged boxes and items to allow a claim against the carrier.
Email photos to shipping@isbusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the order and
products. When protocol is allowed, in most cases, a replacement will be shipped
to you immediately.
Product Volume:
Due to the nature of our company, and because most of our orders are through
an e-commerce option with shipping requirements, the Iv San Bernard products
are filled to an appropriate amount that would allow safe shipping under air
pressure, temperature, and handling changes. This can sometimes cause the
bottle to look as if it had leaked some of the contents and is missing partial
volume. Unless evidence of leakage is present, the visual content is correct.
